Reiki is being used in various settings including private practice, complementary therapy centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, hospices, cancer support groups, post-operative recovery, drug rehabilitation, prisons, HIV/AIDS centres, and in the care of the elderly.
What happens when I have Reiki?
After you have arrived and made yourself comfortable we have short chat about any symptoms you may have and discuss an ongoing treatment plan that suits you best.
Appointments can be made at a time that suits you (we have some evening appointments) and they are held in a secure environment so you feel safe and never rushed.
How does Reiki feel?
Some people feel tingling and most people feel warmth, and everyone feels more relaxed and at peace.
Even one session of Reiki treatment can alleviate some symptoms, however it is often best to have a course of regular treatment to get the most benefit. Nearly all of our clients see real benefits after three weekly treatments followed by monthly “maintenance” visits.
